PROCESS
Initial Consultation
This meeting is an opportunity to assess your existing landscape and understand your goals. This is a working session where together we pinpoint and iron out the vision that you have for your dream landscape. If available, we ask for a copy of the plot survey to create a more accurate base map. This typically takes about an hour and we ask that all decision makers be present during the meeting.
Design Development
We offer a range of design levels ranging from basic to “plus” based on the client’s needs and complexity of the project. Here, we take your ideas and combine them with our professional experience to provide you with a tailored plan that is made specifically for your property.
Revisions & Approval
The final product is a sketch and digital version of a scaled and fully rendered landscape plan. During the meeting, the designer may show you materials specified in the design. You will also be provided with an estimate for installation based on your budget with 1-2 revisions. Once we have the plan laid out our project supervisor will join the fold.
Build
The installation is run by our project supervisor who will be on site daily to make sure everything involved in the completion of your project is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The designer is on call and will stop by periodically to answer any design/materials detail questions you or the supervisor may have. Once the project has been completed per the design and proposal specifications, the project will be inspected to ensure that all aspects of the installation meet our quality standard.
Final Walkthrough
Finally, we will schedule a walk through with all decision makers from the initial consultation to take a look at the final project checklist together and make sure you are satisfied. We will also go over best maintenance practices, so you are prepared to care for your new landscape.
